 In 1996 I was invited to come and "rap" for Jesus Christ. This invitation was a shocking revelation to me. I had to consider if God was real, and I rejected an invitation to come and serve Him on my own free will, the alternative to not serving God must be hell. In order to confirm or reject the decision I needed to investigate the scriptures for myself with no outside influences and determine if this "God of the Bible" was indeed real and had a plan for my life.
For the next 6-8 months I read as much of the Bible as I could possibly get my hands on. One amazing discovery was how alive some of the stories of the Bible had become to me. I had to consider was Moses just some fable, did King David really live, and if he did, why would he write and credit all his battles to an invisible God if he had never had an encounter with him, and of course Jesus Christ, was He the unique son of God, could Jesus Christ be a total hoax, and if He is why have millions dedicated their lives to serve Him, and die willingly with no objection, and of course prophecy.
April 8th 1997, I awoke one morning and finished reading the Gideons New Testament Pocket Bible, I sat down on my knees and surrendered my life to Jesus Christ.
My life before Christ was a self serving, self gratifying, self indulging lifestyle, that left me completely empty at the end of the day, with absolutely no hope for the future.
Today my life is filled with Love, Joy, and Peace in the Holy Ghost. In 2007 I was ordained as a minister, and moved forwarded with planting Calvary Fellowship of Greenwich.
I married to my wife of 13 years Serena, and we have two incredible children age 11 and age 6
My favorite scripture is John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
